Terms and Conditions while booking your appointments in advance:

A client can book Seven Days Advance Appointments. Before you book your appointment, we request you to please read through the following:

Once appointments go live, you can book your appointment. In case you still don't see your desired date available for the appointment, chances are, that it is yet to go live. Stay in touch with our website application for updates.

If the booking is left incomplete/cancelled or is unsuccessful, no worries. You can reach us to our customer support number 9393255515 / 9393255516 / 7995366690. Our team will help you. We believe in delivering the best experience to all our clients. However, to get your booking confirmed, you'll have to pay online to confirm your appointment.

  • Applicability: These website terms and condition are applicable to all transactions including online appointment booking, bill payments, advance payment against services and/or any other transactions through this website or through its hyperlink(s) and authorized third party websites.
  • Information provided by you:
  • We require you to provide us with certain information about yourself when you use the Online Transactions. This information shall include client’s details and card holder’s name in case of online payment facility. We may also use this information to ensure that the bill payment process is carried out accurately and efficiently.
  • You agree to ensure that any information provided by you shall be complete and accurate. You shall not at any time provide us with information which is false, inaccurate, misleading, obsolete or deceptive. If the information is found false/ deceptive/inaccurate/misleading, V SPARKEL holds right to cancel the appointment/ transaction and refund/stop the payment.
  • All information provided by you should be true, complete and accurate but not misleading or deceptive;
  • To receive the confirmation alert of the appointment booking, kindly provide your correct contact number. By providing the said information, you hereby authorise V SPARKEL to contact you via, telephonic calls, and/ or SMS, in respect of the appointments booked by you and for providing the information about the services provided by V SPARKEL, to you.
  • Consultation Timings: 12 Noon to 3 PM.
  • The consultation time provided is indicative and actual consultation time may vary. Please ensure you must be present at the center at least 30 minutes before 12 Noon.
  • Appointment booking is only for consultation and not for follow consultation.
  • A registration charge of Rs. 500 is applicable for new registration.
  • We won’t entertain changes or cancellation in the appointment.
  • The appointment slot will be released in case of late arrival of the client and the client will be treated as a walk-in client and consultation should be subject to availability of time with the respective the dietician.
  • Complete details of ‘New’ client should be filled accurately and we may also use this information for data analysis and marketing purposes. By accepting these Terms, you expressly permit V SPARKEL to use the data provided by you for the said purpose.
  • Hyperlinks and third party websites: This Website provides links to other sites by allowing the user to leave this WebSite to access websites of V Sparkel Welness Center (a "Hyper-Link Site") or third party websites for the users’ convenience. Hyper-Link Sites and third party sites may contain rules, regulations, privacy and other provisions which may be markedly different from the provisions provided on the WebSite. Access to such Hyper-Link Sites or third party websites or any other internet sites linked to the Website is at the user's own risk. V SPARKEL is not responsible for the content or accuracy or correctness of such information and provisions and specifically disclaims any and all related liability. Access to a Hyper-Link Site does not imply any direct or indirect endorsement by V SPARKEL of the Hyper-Linked Site or products and services offered therein. All the transactions on such Hyper-Link Sites shall be governed by the terms & conditions of usage of the respective Hyper Link Site.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation by Client before 3 hours of appointment – a refund of consultation fee paid online will be refunded to the client account. (Excluding Payment Gateway Charges).
  • Cancellation by Client within 3 hours of appointment – 50% of the consultation amount will be refunded to client account.
  • If the appointment gets cancelled by the dietician – a full refund will be paid to the client.

No Show Policy:

  • If a client is unable to visit the center on the appointment date and time, the system will automatically mark that appointment as No Show and No Refund will be issued.
