Since 2010, V Sparkel Welness Center has helped many hundreds of patients successfully achieve a healthy weight and reduce their risk of type II diabetes and hypertension. Evidence suggests that weight management services such as ours can help people to adopt healthier behaviors, lose weight and improve their general wellbeing. Our focus always is to help people achieve and maintain a healthier weight in a safe, supportive and caring environment.
We understand that living with concerns about your weight can impact many areas of your life. Some of our patients/customers have lived with such concerns for many years and have not been able to access the support they needed until finding V Sparkel Welness Center. We see each patient/customer as unique. Each of our plans is based on a 12-16 week program. However, it is recommended that, look for programs that focus on steady weight loss - about 2 to 4 kgs a week. If you plan to lose more than 30 to 40 kgs, have health problems, or are on medication, we recommend talking to your doctor before you start any weight loss program.
If you want to lose weight permanently, then you have to make a lifestyle change and adopt new healthier habits and maintain it. So, no worries, throughout the weeks we will help support you effectively to achieve better health and wellbeing outcomes. Yes, It's not going to be easy (it's not terrible either) and it won't be overnight (no immediate satisfaction - sorry!). But it is possible.
